As an inexperienced seller, she walked me through the process, summarizing key knowledge points and addressing my many questions. She always made herself available to support, mitigate and or eliminate issues that arose out of the seller/buyer process to ensure all parties stayed focused on the end game.....sell the home at a fair price with minimal effort to both parties.
She did a great job at staging the home to help convert what appeared to be an older home into something more tangible to the buyers. She obviously has a fresh eye and smart sense for this business and is well integrated with a host of sub-contractors to take care of any situation.
